Who?


The typical learner reads below the second grade level, is 45 to 59 years old and is a native speaker.




Where?


At a study room in a DC library. Most learners live in Northeast or Southeast but are willing to travel.




When?


At the mutal convenience of the learner and tutor. You definitely meet on nights and weekends!




How often?


Weekly for an hour or more.




For how long?


We ask for a one year commitment though many pairs meet for much longer.




Why $40?


The donation covers materials and contract labor for the training.




What if I go on vacation or travel for work?


No problem! Learners often want breaks too!
